Tradies · Automotive · Cleaners · Landscapers · Beauty · And businesses like yours
You don't need a massive marketing package. You may just need the basics done properly.
You're relying on word of mouth or a social page. Customers need one clear place to see what you do and get in touch.
Old information, a clunky mobile experience or services that aren't clear. Your website isn't doing your business justice.
Your Google Business Profile is incomplete, or you're unsure where to start with local search. Let's get the foundations sorted.
Your website, local search and Google Business Profile, working towards one practical goal.
Every package brings together the things a local business needs to get online with confidence.
A clear, mobile-friendly home for your business. Easy to understand. Easy to get in touch.
Give search engines a clearer picture of what you do and the customers you serve.
Start with the right checks, then keep control of your website after launch.
Page titles, meta descriptions, one clear H1, logical headings, natural service and location relevance, descriptive URLs where applicable, meaningful image alt text and consistent name, address and phone details. Launch checks cover mobile usability, crawlability, sitemap and indexability basics, and basic performance.
Structured data is only added when verified facts are available. Search engines decide whether and when to index or rank a page. Legal templates are a starting point for your review, with professional review where needed; LocalWeb doesn't provide legal advice.
Three sizes of the same practical solution.
A one-off website build. Monthly SEO only if you want it.

Check and explain.
Monitoring and reporting only: no recurring posts, citation submissions, link outreach, page edits or routine GA4 reporting. Significant issues are flagged and repairs quoted separately.
Business · $129/month
Check, explain and keep your profile active.
There is no obligation to make unnecessary edits. If an urgent issue uses the small adjustment allowance, I'll explain what was investigated and what further work needs your approval.
Growth · $229/month
Check, explain and make one focused improvement.
If no worthwhile activity fits the allowance, I'll discuss and agree an appropriate equivalent with you. Citation acceptance, earned links, indexing and rankings aren't guaranteed.
Monthly SEO is optional. Website maintenance, major SEO projects, new pages and third-party fees are separate. Read the monthly service scope and how extra work is approved.
Business tracking: where access allows, configure or verify Search Console, submit the sitemap and review indexing and available performance data. GA4 setup includes a property / data stream or connection, website tracking and a basic page-view / event check, with privacy and consent requirements addressed where applicable.
Growth tracking: a fuller setup and configuration review, query / page reporting structure, practical conversion / event tracking and a reporting baseline.
Growth build citations: up to 5 additional legitimate NZ, local or industry business listings as part of the one-off website build. This is not a monthly citation quota. Relevance comes first; third-party acceptance can't be guaranteed.
Monthly SEO onboarding: confirm website and profile access, available reporting and an initial baseline once. For Starter, lightweight Search Console verification is included where feasible. These are setup steps, not recurring monthly tasks.
Start with the website. You can buy a build without monthly SEO. An SEO retainer is not required to keep your website running.
Posts need your input. Business and Growth posts use accurate business details and client-approved topics and imagery, supplied within an agreed lead time. The service agreement will set out how missing materials or late approvals are handled. Posting doesn't include original photo shoots, custom graphics campaigns or unlimited revisions.
Report what actually happened. I use available data, identify missing data and distinguish search / profile interactions from confirmed enquiries or jobs. Reports show posts actually published and whether a submission or link opportunity is completed, submitted or pending. Posts share useful business updates; they don't guarantee better Maps rankings.
Extra work starts with a separate quote and your approval. New service or location pages, substantial copy rewrites, major technical repairs, extensive citation cleanup or link outreach, and website maintenance sit outside these monthly plans. I recommend them only when useful, with the scope and price agreed before work begins.
Third-party fees are separate. Directory, membership or sponsorship costs need your approval in advance. No plan includes guaranteed backlinks, rankings or leads, unlimited consultations, extensive troubleshooting, redesigns, new functionality, emergency support or unlimited hosting administration.
Prefer not to manage the website yourself? Website care is quoted separately. New pages, major SEO work and other useful improvements need a separate quote and your approval before work starts.
You know your business. I'll help put it online, with clear steps and a real person to talk to.

No. Every website package has a one-off build price and includes launch SEO foundations. You can buy the website on its own. An SEO retainer is optional and is not required to keep your website running.
One modest, useful activity chosen for that month's priority: for example, a small existing-page refinement, one listing correction or submission, one GBP service update, or one relevant local link opportunity. It isn't all of these every month. If no worthwhile task fits the allowance, we'll agree an appropriate equivalent. The build's up to 5 additional citations are a separate, one-off inclusion.
I'll explain what I found and recommend a next step. New pages, substantial rewrites, major SEO fixes and website maintenance are quoted separately. You approve the scope and price before any additional work starts.
